Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
Milk powder - 200gms
Sugar - 1 cup
water - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Nuts and raisins

Take water and sugar in a saucepan and allow it to boil until it reaches 1 string consistency. Remove from fire and add butter to it. Once it melts down, add the milk powder, cocoa powder and vanilla essence. Mix really well until everything blends. Allow it to cool down for few minutes.

Grease your hands slightly with butter. Pinch small portions of the chocolate and roll them into balls.

Refrigerate for a while and wrap them in colored papers or arrange them in gift boxes :)

This quantity would make around 35 small chocolate balls. Anyways it depends on the size and shape you make.

Happy making. Enjoy eating :)

You can also roll a ball, press it flat and place raisins, almond or pistachio in the center and roll it again to make nutty chocolates.

Roll balls of chocolate and screw in a tooth pic or skewer to make lolly pops :)

Roll chocolate balls and dip them in almond powder and coat it well.

Make chocolate balls and roll them on cocoa powder or sugar powder.

Or simply pour the chocolate mixture on a greased plate and cut them into squares. :)

2 cups cocoa powder, ¾ cup butter, ½ cup sugar, 2/3 cup milk, ¼ tsp plain flour, ¼ cup powdered sugar and 1 cup water
Place cocoa and butter in processor and mix until they form a paste. Fill the pan about ¼ full with water. Then place the bowl on top of the water. Put the chocolate paste in the bowl and then heat until hot. Put the mixture back in the processor and mix till smooth. Then warm the milk to room temperature. Add sugar, flour and milk to the paste and mix well. Pour the mixture into molds and place it in the fridge till they become hard. Take the pieces out and much away!

There comes a time when you must stand alone.

You must feel confident enough within yourself to follow your own dreams.
You must be willing to make sacrifices.
You must be capable of changing and rearranging your priorities so that your final goal can be achieved.
Sometimes, familiarity and comfort need to be challenged.
There are times when you must take a few extra chances and create your own realities.
Be strong enough to at least try to make your life better.
Be confident enough that you won't settle for a compromise just to get by.
Appreciate yourself by allowing yourself the opportunities to grow, develop, and find your true sense of purpose in this life.
Don't stand in someone else's shadow when it's your sunlight that should lead the way.

Is GOD Partial?? - Story Of Ramesh-1

Appolo hospital 27th Feb 2007,

Aaina was sitting in the corridor of 2nd floor outside SICU. Then some unknown family came near her to console.
With in no time they became close. Both of them shared their stories with each other..

Sharing stories is what every ‘waiting person’ does in hospital.. The stories bring the people close and give the strength to face the fact.. It is something as tho ‘I’m not alone’ feeling you get listening to people around. But this is no way medicine to your problem.

The family had a gold shop in URS Road Mysore. Their younger son Ramesh was looking after the shop as it was there family business. It was a Rajasthani family. Ramesh lived with his parents, brother and sister. Ramesh was the youngest in the family(Approx 21year old).

Months before Ramesh had an accident in which he broke his hand and leg, but later they were fixed by putting rod. He was perfectly fine later.
But that accident was no match to this one..

3rd Feb 2007,

That day afternoon Ramesh was very hungry, so he and his friend headed for lunch. The URS Rd and the nearby areas are usually crowded. They stopped in a traffic signal. As the green light flashed his friend started the bike.. Ramesh was sitting at the back.. As they headed suddenly a Ambulance came from the other side and hit them and went away...............
